Our grapes will soon reach perfect ripeness.
For a few more days, the berries will accumulate a little more sugar and, above all, the aromas will develop.
The harvest can then begin, probably after September 20th.
The years follow one another and are not alike. In 2020, we finished harvesting on September 5th.
