Collaboration between Freia Restaurant and Champagne Vazart-Coquart

Looking back at an important day on November 4th in Nantes, where chef @sarahmainguy welcomed us at her restaurant @freia.restaurant for a memorable gourmet experience.

During this event, 18 cuvées from the 2024 Champagnothèque were presented to 27 wine professionals – wine merchants, sommeliers, journalists, and influencers – during a tasting guided by expert Geoffrey Orban. A discovery of the unique character of each champagne.

Then, it was time for food and champagne pairings! 4 cuvées, including our Champagne Vazart-Coquart, were highlighted with a menu designed by @sarahmainguy.
